Mel Craig, Founder and President of
The Total Pros, is a Southern California native. At a young age he launched
his first successful business endeavor based on principles he had been developing
since childhood. Mel's passion and commitment for work, along with his successful
business track record, have earned him a solid reputation as a highly-acclaimed
motivational speaker, entrepreneur, businessman, and industry leader.
Throughout his twenty-eight years as an entrepreneur, Mel has owned and operated
numerous businesses. Two of these businesses have been awarded honorable mentions
industry-wide. In 1986, Mel launched a contracting company, grossing three-million
dollars in sales within a three year period. In recognition of his professionalism
and diligence, Mel was awarded the prestigious title of "Contractor of the Year"
and featured in a national industry magazine. After many years of success, Mel eventually
retired from his contracting company to pursue other business endeavors.
Then, in 1993, Mel purchased Aggressive Image, a sportswear apparel company. He
continued to provide excellent customer service and gained nationwide recognition
in yet another industry. Mel's well-known integrity and dynamic leadership led to
large licensing contracts with numerous companies, including Warner Brothers, No
Fear, Coors Corporation, Disney, and many others. Within four years, Aggressive
Image's revenues grossed six-million dollars annually and Mel was once again recognized
as an industry expert when the western apparel industry selected him "Manufacturer
of the Year" in 1993.
Mel also served as the Director of New Business Development for a leading company
in the auto reconditioning industry. In addition to developing new business for
this corporation, he developed top-tier training programs aimed at instructing entrepreneurs
interested in the auto reconditioning business. Today he continues to assist people
worldwide to develop their own businesses by providing customized business programs,
informative presentations, private consultations, and energetic coaching techniques.
In addition, Mel hosted one of the most successful internet radio shows, an international
podcast discussing the auto reconditioning business in detail. Sharing his business
savvy and enthusiastic personality, Mel attracts people worldwide who wish to improve
their strategic business plans and build successful companies.
